Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. About these terms
The Executive Producer ("the Service") is an AI marketing studio operated by SAHM Labs ("we," "us"). It helps small business owners draft marketing content, generate AI videos, and publish to social media. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you may only use the Service for a legitimate business.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is deceptive, hateful, or harmful.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your business.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Violate the rules of connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, or our AI providers.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos, and files you upload ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store and process Your Content so we can operate the Service — for example, to draft posts, generate videos, and publish on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.
5. AI-generated content
SAHM (our AI assistant) drafts written content and generates AI videos using third-party AI providers, including Google's Veo video model. AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or unexpectedly similar to other material. You keep final creative control: nothing is published without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you use or publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business.
6. Facebook & Instagram publishing
If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, you authorize us to publish the content you approve to those accounts on your behalf through Meta's platform. You must comply with Meta's terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time, and Meta's own rules also govern what happens to content you have already published there.
7. Billing & plans
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription (currently $29/month), plus one-time add-ons such as an extra AI video ($10) and a cinematic-quality video ($39). Prices are indicative and may change. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
8. Refund & cancellation policy
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
7-day refunds. If you are unhappy with a paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will consider a refund in good faith.
Credit clawback. One-time add-ons (such as extra or cinematic video credits) are consumable. If a payment is refunded or a card dispute (chargeback) is filed, any related credits that have not yet been spent are removed from your account, and access tied to that payment may be suspended. We may decline a refund for credits that have already been used to generate videos.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes from content you approve and publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes. Questions? Email support@sahmlabs.tech.
