1. Overview

This policy explains what information The Executive Producer, operated by SAHM Labs, collects and how we use it to run the Service. We collect only what we need to provide AI content drafting, video generation, social publishing, billing, and support.

2. Account data

When you sign up we collect your name, business or brand name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We record the date and time you agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We keep basic usage and security logs (such as sign-in activity and rate-limit events) to keep accounts safe.

3. Content and photos you upload

We store the text, photos, and files you upload so the Service can use them to draft posts and generate videos. This content is associated with your organization and used to provide the features you request. You can delete content from your workspace; some copies may persist briefly in backups.

4. AI processing and third-party AI providers

To draft content and generate videos, we send your prompts and relevant content to third-party AI providers, including Google (for the Veo video model) and the model that powers the SAHM assistant. These providers process the data to return results to us. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information you don't want processed by AI. AI output can be inaccurate — always review it before publishing.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own privacy policy. We keep records such as your Stripe customer reference, plan, purchase history, and credit balances so we can manage billing, subscriptions, refunds, and disputes.

If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we store the access tokens and account identifiers needed to publish the content you approve, using the owner's Meta app. We use these only to publish on your behalf and to show connection status. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our ongoing access.

7. Email

We send transactional emails from sahmlabs.tech — for example, account verification, password resets, and billing or connection notices — through our email provider. These are needed to operate your account and are not marketing spam.

We share data only with the service providers that make the Service work — AI providers, Stripe, Meta, our email provider, and hosting/infrastructure vendors — and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. You can update your details, delete content, disconnect social accounts, and request account deletion by contacting us. Data-export tooling and cookie-consent controls are planned for the future.
